As a clinical supervisor, my goal is to assist new clinicians to grow, learn, and feel challenged and accomplished in their practice. Effective supervision and consultation can enhance your ability to conduct an accurate clinical assessment, clearly conceptualize cases, and provide top-notch evidence based interventions.
